History of the 1Z10 POTY 

​

The 1Z10 Photograph of the Year competition was first launched in 2021.
 

The competition evolved from Eddie Holdens Christmas Three Flickr page. In this page Eddie asked fellow Flickr members to choose their favorite three pictures from the preceding year and share them on the page.
 

The flickr page was designed to promote conversation and critique amongst fellow railway photographers and this ethos remains unchanged in this competition.
